Blocked posting thread

I started a thread and clicked news, but news was in admin only, so when i clicked submit pow verified but no thread created, tried changing new category and resubmit and would not create thread. Started new thread and changed category and it worked.

I want subcategories or hashtags, someway to sort each category further
