Topics plus button search

If different forums could be linked through the topics, so if there is a forum for "technology" and "programming" and "movies" and I only wanted programming and technology, I could click the plus button on each and it would bring it to the top of my topics list like subscribing to that forum.

The search feature to separate topics, from categories, and finally individual threads across all the forums.
